Position: German Service Desk Analyst
Industry: KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Midshift (Weekends off)
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Requirements:
•Preferably Non- Native German Speaker
•Proficient in both German and English
•Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Computer Science and other related courses
•Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies if a plus
•Preferably with background in troubleshooting using German
• Customer service and technical support experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
•Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
•Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
•Provide Tier 1 level of technical support
•Timely check the system for some errors
•Receive and process requests/issues
